Julian Vernon is a highly experienced piano tuner and repairer who has tuned a vast variety of pianos over the past 35 years. He has tuned in theatres, concert halls, TV studios, schools and universities in London and all over East Kent. He has tuned for music clubs, celebrities, concert pianists and piano teachers as well as many pianos in peoples' homes.

"Your extraordinary efforts to ensure The Grand Concert Piano, at The Grand Folkestone on Monday 4th May, went ahead with a tuned and serviced piano were hugely appreciated by all involved. The musicians from The Guildhall School of Music, The Royal College of Music, and Trinity College London were delighted, and impressed, to have on hand an expert technician to fine-tune the piano to their requirements, as was the composer, conductor and musical historian, who presented the concert and talk. Afterwards, the pianists remarked on the melodious tone of the instrument, and could well understand why Yehudi Menuhin liked it. The concert was a great success and enjoyed by all who attended."
